1. **Policy for Make Spaces Masters Mentorship Program**

This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for the Make Spaces Masters Mentorship Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"), operated by Make Spaces (hereinafter referred to as "Make Spaces," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program and paying the first installment of the program fee, you (hereinafter referred to as "the Participant," "you," or "your") agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Policy.

3. 1. **Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee:**
      Upon enrolling in the Make Spaces Masters Mentorship Program and remitting the initial installment of the program fee, you acknowledge and agree that the enrollment fee is non-refundable. This fee serves as consideration for the services provided by Make Spaces, including but not limited to access to mentorship sessions, educational materials, networking opportunities, administrative support, and other resources essential to the operation and delivery of the Program.

4. 2. **Payment Obligations:**
      By remitting the initial installment of the program fee, you commit to fulfilling all subsequent payments as per the agreed timeline outlined in the email communication and any associated documents provided by Make Spaces. Failure to adhere to the specified payment schedule may result in the suspension or termination of your participation in the Program, without prejudice to our rights and remedies under this Policy and applicable law.

5. 3. **Binding Agreement:**
      Your payment of the first installment of the program fee constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, thereby forming a binding agreement between you and Make Spaces. You acknowledge and agree to abide by the provisions set forth in this Policy, as well as any additional guidelines, rules, or requirements communicated to you by Make Spaces during your participation in the Program.

6. 4. **No Refunds:**
      Please be advised that refunds will not be issued for the enrollment fee under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal from the Program, inability to participate due to personal or professional reasons, dissatisfaction with the Program, or any other grounds not explicitly provided for in this Policy. Make Spaces reserves the right to refuse any refund requests that do not comply with the terms outlined herein.

7. 5. **Fee Liability in the Event of Non-Payment or Withdrawal:**
      In the event that a participant fails to fulfill their payment obligations at any stage of the Program or chooses to withdraw from the Program prematurely, they remain liable for the full program fee. This fee liability extends to cover all scheduled payments outlined in the agreed-upon timeline, regardless of the participant's attendance, participation, or completion of the Program.
      
      Make Spaces operates on the premise that upon enrollment, resources are deployed upfront to cover the costs associated with accommodating each participant. These resources include but are not limited to mentorship time, educational materials, administrative support, operational expenses, and other essential elements of the Program. Therefore, participants are expected to honor their financial commitments to ensure the continued provision of these resources and the sustainability of the Program.

8.    It is important to note that the obligation to pay the program fee remains in effect unless Make Spaces initiates a suspension of the participant from our side. In such cases, where suspension is deemed necessary due to extenuating circumstances or breaches of the Program's terms and conditions, the participant may be relieved of their fee obligations at the discretion of Make Spaces.

9. 6. **Resource Allocation:**
      It is important to recognize that significant resources are allocated to accommodate each enrolled participant in the Program. These resources include, but are not limited to, mentorship time, educational materials, administrative support, operational expenses, and other costs associated with delivering a high-quality mentorship experience. Your commitment to the Program enables us to allocate these resources effectively and ensure a valuable experience for all participants.

10. 7. **Limitation of Liability:**
       In no event shall Make Spaces, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or interruption of business, regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. 8. **Severability:**
       If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its intent. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from this Policy, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. 9. **Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
       This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [State/Country].
